We design bespoke culinary experiences for private clients and brands, thoughtfully crafted to align with their vision, identity, and budget.
Accustomed to collaborating with established and renowned brands, we curate tailored menus and products for private events, corporate functions, and brand activations, with a constant focus on precision, elegance, and attention to detail.

I began my culinary training in 2007 at the Paul Augier School in Nice, France, where I trained as a pâtissier.
This early foundation led me to work across a broad spectrum of professional kitchens, from luxury hotels and brasseries to Michelin-starred restaurants, including the renowned house of Pierre Gagnaire.
Over time, my practice naturally expanded from pastry to savory cuisine, allowing me to develop a more complete culinary language—one shaped by technique, sensibility, and experience.
My career has taken me across France, the United Kingdom, and Asia, where each kitchen and culture refined my understanding of food and craftsmanship.
In 2020, guided by a deep respect for Japanese gastronomy, I chose to settle in Tokyo.
Immersed in its culture of precision, restraint, and intention, I continue to refine my own expression—learning quietly, adapting thoughtfully, and evolving with purpose.
For me, cooking is not simply about flavor.
It is about sharing, connection, and emotion. When created with sincerity, a meal can become a lasting memory.
With this philosophy, I co-founded Rendez-Food, a Tokyo-based French catering company, together with my partner Fabian Grivet.
Through Rendez-Food, we create bespoke culinary experiences that bring people together across cultures and occasions—guided by craftsmanship, emotion, and authenticity.
